We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may apply for a return within 14 days of delivery to receive a full refund. Please make sure the product remains in its original condition and packaging, without any damage.

• Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery (item must be unused)
• Buyer pays for return shipping unless item is defective.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• If the hand cord is intentionally cut when returning the item, it will be considered as an act that impacts the item's resaleability, and 30% of the material cost will be deducted. (Video evidence of the unboxing process is required for verification.)
